However there might be times when customers need to return their purchases due to wrong size selection, item not fitting well or simply didn't like the looks of it.
We offer you (as our clients), the returns of the these clothing bought from our website only if these items are defective and damaged upon arrival.
If a buyer wishes to return a regular size due to wrong size selection, they are entitled to pay for both way shipping therefore we urge our customers to choose the best size for themselves that completely match their measurements.
To ensure this, an email for size confirmation is sent to the buyer as soon as the order is received, we wait for the buyers response before we could start making jacket for them so that there are no returns and exchange issues due to sizing.
If a buyer respond to the email, we helpo them take the measurements and make sure they get the best fit. For this a dedicated team stays in touch with the customer on phone as well as on the email.
This helps us remove 99% of the returns that are due to wrong size selection.
Following are our terms and policies of returns and exchange:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days after item has been received by the buyer, after this period unfortunately we will be be able to take the return back.
- Returned items must be in the original condition sent in, with the tags and original packing, so they can be sold again
- Custom made jackets are non-returnable under any circumstances as they are made as per customer's given measurements and hence cannot be sold again.
- Customer is liable to pay for both way shipping in case of replacement and if they wish to have a refund, shipping costs will be deducted even if the shipping is set to free, becasue we pay for the shipping from the profit of item sale.
- In case of faulty item received by the customer, we will pay for the returns shipping
- In case of Distressed Leather, please bear in mind that the leather is rubbed off, time worn and rusty, so it is not damaged, you are buying a time worn rusty item that could also be stained and it is not a damaged or faulty item.
- Postage and packaging charges are not refundable for reasons like, "didn't like it", selecting wrong size or "changed my mind"
- Promotional item, items on sale, items ordered on demand cannot be returned or exchanged.
We strictly believe in complete buyer's satisfaction and in rare cases we may amend these policies to accommodate some of our customers. In such cases, we may offer discounted replacement or referral codes so buyers, who could not return the items, buy another item for a huge discounted or knock off price much cheaper than original.
We finally request our buyers again to check their measurements multiple times before ordering a custom product from us. Custom Made items, Made to measure items (that are exclusively made on customer's measurements on demand) are non-returnable/refundable as they cannot be sold again.
This is as per US Federal and TEXAS State law where our company is registered and operate at.
The law states that:
"Your right to a refund must be based on your "contract" with the store. Every time you buy something at a store you enter into a contract. The law implies that as a part of your contract. The parties to the contract, however, have the right to change this "implied term" by expressing something different."
